  • Refund Policy for Prepaid Services

    • At EZ Driving School, we value your time and are committed to providing exceptional service. To maintain fairness and efficiency, we have established the following refund policy:

    • Refunds for Prepaid Services:

      • If you request a refund before any services have been rendered, you may qualify for a refund.
      • Any refunds will be calculated at the regular (non-discounted) price for services already provided.

    • No Refunds After Services Begin:

      • Once any portion of the service (e.g., behind-the-wheel training, DMV test accompaniment) has been initiated, no refunds will be issued.

     

    We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy, which ensures fair use of our instructors' time and resources. If you have questions or need assistance, please contact us directly.

    • 72-Hour Cancellation Policy:

      • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before a scheduled lesson will result in a $200 fee, as this time slot was reserved specifically for you. This fee applies even if the service was not completed, as that time could have been offered to another student.

    • Missed Appointments:

      • If you fail to show up for a scheduled service or lesson, it will be treated as completed, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
